We are seeking a personable and organized Field Sales Executive to manage head office negotiations and operations of direct accounts, and build and maintain good relationships with clients. This role requires strong verbal and communication skills, good analytical skills, and a proficiency in using MS Office tools such as Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint.

Responsibilities:

  • Handles head office negotiations and operations of 15 accounts across Lower Bulacan, Metro Manila, and Upper Cavite areas.
  • Delivers sales volume through sell-in of PPMC products, implement activations, collect & process purchase orders, and ensure strong presence in every supermarkets under FSE.
  • Hit key performance indicators (KPI) month-on-month and develop programs and sources of growth for accounts.

Requirements:

  • Must at least have an undergraduate or Bachelor's Degree, preferably related to Sales, or Marketing.
  • With 1 - 2 years experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Knows how to drive and possesses a driver's license.
