Senior Data Analyst – Revenue

Schedule: Night Shift

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst – Revenue to join our team and help drive revenue growth and profitability. This role focuses on pricing strategy, forecasting, and business intelligence to optimize performance across multiple communities. You will work closely with leadership to turn data into actionable insights that improve occupancy and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Analyze data to support pricing decisions, inventory management, and distribution optimization.
  • Prepare and maintain KPI dashboards and reports for leadership.
  • Conduct forecasting and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings and provide recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy by reconciling reports with accounting and CRM systems.

  • Support annual budgeting and business planning processes.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, Business, or related technical field.

  • Minimum 5+ years in revenue management, pricing, financial analysis, or business intelligence.
  • Strong technical skills in:
  • SQL (advanced queries)
  • Excel (pivot tables, macros)
  • Power BI (dashboard creation, DAX)
  • Python (data cleaning, forecasting, automation)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with pricing optimization tools or RMS systems.
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics and advanced forecasting models.
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, or BI tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php190,000.00 per month
