About the Job:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to support the Sales and Customer Care teams in leveraging data to drive business performance and operational efficiency. In this role, you will analyze and reconcile data from multiple sources, identify improvement opportunities, and design scalable models and dashboards that enhance decision-making across the organization. You will ensure data integrity and consistency, develop monitoring processes, and act as a subject matter expert on KPIs, data management, and reporting standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will translate complex datasets into actionable insights, optimize business strategies, and support the development of automated and data-driven solutions that contribute to growth and process excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex data functions.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI with proficiency in DAX and data visualization best practices.
  • Experience in building Microsoft Power Apps and automations using Power Automate (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of SQL; experience with Snowflake is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work with structured and unstructured datasets and apply data-driven problem-solving.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, committed to continuous learning and improvement.
