We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative under Individual Wealth Management Accountto join our growing team.

  • 1-day hiring process, purely virtual Exam and Final Interview only.
  • HYBRID SET-UP (2-3 days Onsite per week, the remaining days will be for WFH)
  • Location: 5th Avenue, BGC, Taguig City
  • Company tools provided
  • Night Shift schedule
  • Guaranteed Weekends Off

Job Descriptions:

  • Receive telephone calls mostly coming from financial advisors and sometimes from clients, regarding investment products (mutual funds, segregated funds)

Qualifications:

  • Candidate should have completed 2 years in college without any back subject and must be able to provide a copy of TOR/Transcript or record
  • FINRA trained or certified is a huge advantage but not required
  • Must have a 1-year international voice account experience handling bancassurance, mutual fund, wealth management, 401K Pension, and/or investment accounts such as mutual funds and segregated funds
  • Good to excellent communication skills
  • Willing to start ASAP
