The Quality Assurance Consultant shall perform the work online, through attending learning sessions, attending meetings, and check-in conversations. Note that attendance and participation in meetings are part of work processes and should not be counted against the level of effort days.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Quality Assurance of Developed Modules

  • Collaborate with Team Learning - Global on the development of modules.
  • Proofread developed modules and teaching guides and ensure that it follows the required instructional design flow and layout provided by Team Learning Global.
  • Review and give suggestions on how activities in each section of the module aligns with the Science of Learning principles.
  • Produce a summary of Quality Assurance comments for writers per module, per subject.

2. Finalization of Modules

  • Review and ensure that all comments from the QA comments summary were applied appropriately by writers.
  • Revise and finalize all modules to print-ready versions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience with developing learning materials
  • Experience in developing instructional design and module development
  • Familiarity in different learning delivery modalities for collegiate level is an advantage
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently
  • Equipped with necessary tools, equipment, and supplies to effectively engage with the team and accomplish tasks required
