Role Description

This is a full-onsite role for a Quality Assurance Test Manager, based in Makati/ Ortigas/ Greenhills, day shift. The selected individual will oversee QA processes, including managing test execution, creating and implementing test strategies, and coordinating overall test management. Responsibilities include identifying quality standards, ensuring adherence to testing procedures, analyzing test reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project quality objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Test Execution and Test Management; Must have a previous Test Manager role.
  • Strong Analytical Skills, particularly in identifying and resolving issues
  • Experience in designing and implementing Test Strategies
  • Comprehensive understanding of Quality Assurance practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage teams in both on-site and remote work environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience in software development and quality assurance in an IT services or technology environment
