Qualifications:

- With Juris Doctor degree or Bachelor of Laws Degree

- Passed the Philippine Bar

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Excellent writing skills and time management skills

- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines; and

- Year/s of experience in a law firm or a private corporation in a legal role is preferred but not required.

- Willing to be assigned in Quezon Avenue, Quezon City.

Duties and responsibilities include:

- Initial preparation and drafting of letters, documents and/or contracts

- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws while protecting the Company's interests and remedies

- Initially draft the needed legal documentation for the day-to-day transaction of the Company

- Draft pleadings and letters addressed to courts, government agencies and other pertinent third parties

- Conduct legal due diligence on Company-related transactions

- Conduct the required research to answer legal queries raised in the course of day-to-day operations of the Company

- Attend hearings for the Company's legal cases

- Perform related legal functions that may be required
