Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Account (No BPO Experience Required)

Location: Cebu IT Park

Work Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift - Onsite

What You'll Do:

  • Take inbound calls from patients or healthcare providers
  • Help customers understand their health benefits and coverage
  • Assist with billing questions, appointment info, or insurance claims
  • Provide caring, clear, and accurate information
  • Keep records of each call following company guidelines
