About the Role

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our financial account If you have at least 1 year of BPO experience and are looking for a stable job with excellent benefits, this is your chance to grow in the BPO industry.

This role involves assisting customers with their financial and account-related inquiries while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for financial account services
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, account updates, and transaction-related concerns
  • Provide support for dispute resolution and payment issues
  • Educate customers about financial products and services
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions
  • Deliver empathy-driven service while meeting performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School graduate, College Graduate or 2nd Year Undergraduate
  • With minimum of 1 year BPO experience (any account type)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Amenable to work onsite in Cebu Business Park

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Sign-on Bonus of ₱20,000
  • Salary package up to ₱26,000
  • Fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Yearly salary increase (performance-based)
  • 10% Night Differential
  • Vacation Leave Conversion (up to 5 days)
  • HMO from Day 1 of training (coverage up to ₱250,000)
