What you'll be doing

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients through telephone, email, and digital channels
  • Handle a variety of customer inquiries and requests with patience, empathy, and professionalism
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest process improvements
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve department and company goals

What we're looking for

  • High school or senior high school diploma, with a strong academic record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Conversational level English proficiency is required for effective customer communication
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred, but not required
  • Must be available to work rotating shifts as required
  • Availability to work all shifts including weekends as part of rotating shift patterns
