What You'll Be Doing
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Support requests like order tracking, service concerns, and account updates
  • Provide clear and accurate solutions with a friendly approach
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow process guidelines
  • Work closely with your team to deliver excellent service
What We're Looking For
  • HS/SHS graduate, college level, or college graduate
  • No call center experience required
  • Good English communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and can multitask
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City with shifting schedules
  • At least 18+ years old
