Senior Accountant – Full Time

Manilla | Work Directly with Our Australian Team | Long-Term Role

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Qualified Accountant to join our growing Australian team. You'll be working closely with our internal finance and management teams on a daily basis — managing financial transactions, reporting, and compliance to ensure accuracy across all accounting functions.

This is a long-term, full-time role with consistent workflow and strong support from a professional, fast-moving team.


About the Role

You'll take ownership of a range of core accounting responsibilities, including:

  • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable management
  • Bank, credit card, and account reconciliations in Xero
  • BAS and IAS preparation and submission support
  • Payroll preparation, superannuation, and leave tracking
  • Month-end and year-end reporting
  • Cash flow tracking and variance analysis
  • Maintaining financial records and supporting documentation
  • Liaising with management and external accountants when required

About You

You're not just a number-cruncher — you're thorough, proactive, and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You communicate clearly, follow direction well, and enjoy being part of a driven, positive team that values excellence and accountability.

We're looking for someone who has:

At least 5 years' experience working for Australian companies

Certified Xero Advisor (must be current)

CPA qualified (with date of qualification)

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Own reliable computer and stable internet connection

Willingness to use Time Doctor during working hours
