Remote Quality Assurance Specialist

Currently, autism support via Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is difficult to access, thus leading to long wait lists. Forta is clearing the path to quality healthcare by delivering routes to the best possible outcomes with the utmost convenience.

At Forta, we are reinventing how we deliver ABA support so families can get the care they need, without long waitlists. Our ABA Parent Training Course empowers families to work directly with BCBAs to deliver quality, certified care. We're also improving the future of the ABA experience for families by creating software and predictive algorithms that help clinicians work smarter with the latest and most effective care knowledge.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Quality Assurance Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining high standards of clinical documentation and service delivery within our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. This position is responsible for reviewing session notes and other documentation, and providing timely, constructive feedback to clinicians and behavior technicians. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of ABA principles and documentation requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Documentation Review & Compliance

• Review ABA session notes for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to clinical and organizational documentation standards.
• Identify trends, inconsistencies, or areas of concern in session documentation.

Feedback & Support

• Provide clear, constructive written and verbal feedback to clinicians and behavior technicians regarding documentation quality, score accuracy, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors to address identified issues or training needs.

Continuous Quality Improvement

• Participate in quality assurance meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Support internal audits and compliance reviews as needed.
• Maintain current knowledge of ABA documentation standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED

• Experience working in ABA, behavior health, or clinical documentation review.
• Strong understanding of ABA terminology, data collection methods, and session structure.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED:

• Prior experience in a QA or compliance role.
