What is your mission?

We are looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to help deliver exceptional client service and operational efficiency. You will manage communications, coordinate tasks, and ensure timely execution of processes to support account management goals. If you have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and experience in account servicing or logistics, join us to make an impact.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Support Account Management Team in coordinating operational execution.
  • Participate in meetings to ensure client expectations and initiatives are met.
  • Manage email communications, including direct responses to clients and internal contacts.
  • Administer system entries to support processes and client objectives.
  • Identify and escalate concerns requiring immediate attention to Account Managers.
  • Complete tasks consistently and on time to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing service or support role.
  • Experience in account servicing or client support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel; intermediate Excel skills).
  • Experience in logistics, 3PL supply chain management, or contract manufacturing preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
