You will manage cross‑functional, multi‑site teams, set up delivery units and automation centers, and ensure client satisfaction and profitability. Key Responsibilities Manage delivery and P&L for the account Lead and coordinate cross‑functional, multi‑site teams; set up large delivery units including shared services and transformation units Develop a compelling vision for delivery and service offerings and execute on it. Leverage best practices and innovative solutions to deliver value for clients and drive growth. Provide guidance on solution enhancements and new proposals. Maintain industry awareness and consult with customers on deployment strategies. Ensure revenue realization, profitability and customer satisfaction. Establish governance with senior leaders of customer teams Apply technical expertise in intelligent automation tools such as Automation Anywhere, UIPath or Blue Prism, with knowledge of Python and low‑code tools Must‑Have Qualifications 18+ years of delivery experience, with a proven track record of leading large cross‑functional teams Experience setting up and leading large delivery units, shared services or transformation units Strong background in intelligent automation tools (Automation Anywhere, UIPath, Blue Prism) and knowledge of Python or low‑code platforms Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and drive profitability Ability to manage multiple priorities with resilience and agility Willingness to work onsite in Manila Experience establishing an automation center of excellence MBA or equivalent leadership credential Exposure to BPO or technology services in regulated industries Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Information Technology Industries: Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting, IT Services and IT Consulting, and Staffing and Recruiting Location: Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines – 1 week ago #J-18808-Ljbffr
