About the role

Join the Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' team as a Chat/Messaging Agent. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat and messaging channels. The role is based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat and messaging platforms in a timely and empathetic manner
  2. Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions to customers
  3. Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as needed
  4. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management
  5. Maintain a positive, professional demeanour and adhere to company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  4. Atleast SHS/HS Graduate
  5. Atleast 6 mos. Customer service or call centre experience, preferably in a chat/messaging environment
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities
  7. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
