Position: Seasonal Customer Service Agent
Work set-up: Hybrid (1x onsite & 4x work from home)
Schedule: Day Shift
Duration: October 2025 to March 2026
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers—assisting them via phone, email, and live chat. From handling product inquiries and order updates to resolving returns and warranty concerns, you'll play a vital role in making sure every customer interaction reflects our company's commitment to quality and care.

What You'll Do
- Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally via email, live chat, and phone.
- Provide accurate details on products, promotions, order status, and warranties.
- Resolve issues related to orders, payments, or product concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process refunds, replacements, and warranty claims per company guidelines.
- Keep clear and detailed records in our CRM and helpdesk systems (Freshdesk, Netsuite, Shopify).
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer journey.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or contact center (inbound/outbound).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Skilled at explaining concepts simply and clearly.
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a customer-first mindset.
- Patient, proactive, and team-oriented.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience supporting Australian, US, or UK-based clients.
- Background in industries with multi-step processes (telecom, logistics, construction, etc.).
- Interest in renewable energy or technology products.
