Position Overview:

Responsible for providing administrative and coordination support for influencer marketing campaigns to ensure smooth execution and proper documentation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

KOL/Influencer Management Support

  • Support negotiating and coordinate content approvals and ensure influencers follow brand guidelines.
  • Manage day-to-day communications with assigned KOLs (emails, DMs, contracts, reminders).

Campaign & Product Launch Support

  • Assist in planning and executing influencer strategies for new product launches and brand campaigns.
  • Identify potential creators and KOLs fit for the campaign direction and align with the brand.
  • Coordinate product send-outs, PR kits, and briefing materials.
  • Track and organize campaign timelines, deliverables, and posting schedules.
  • Monitor and gather influencer-generated content and performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).

Crisis Management & PR Response

  • Flag potential KOL-related issues, negative posts, or emerging influencer-related concerns.
  • Help maintain documentation of crisis logs and actions taken.

Documentation and Reports

  • Maintain an updated influencer database including rates, demographics, performance history, and content style.
  • Handle contract preparation, documentation, and filing.
  • Compile weekly, monthly, and campaign-based influencer performance reports

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, social media, or brand marketing (internship experience acceptable for entry-level).
  • Experience in the beauty/makeup industry is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge in spreadsheets, analytics dashboards, and reporting tools to track engagement and ROI.
  • Deep understanding of creator trends, engagement formats, algorithm behavior and content standards on TikTok, IG, FB and YouTube.
  • Can assess influencer content quality, brand alignment, and performance potential.
  • Clear communication and confident when dealing with influencers and internal teams.
  • Handles multiple influencers, timelines, and campaign tasks efficiently.
  • Can adjust quickly to rapid changes in influencer schedules and campaign directions.
  • Maintains confidentiality and fairness in influencer communications.
  • Proactive, anticipates needs, follows up without reminders, and suggests improvements.
