The Marketing and Leasing professional is responsible for the integrated execution of marketing strategies and leasing operations to achieve and maintain optimal occupancy levels for residential or commercial properties. This role requires strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of market trends, and excellent tenant relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective, multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social media, print, outreach) to promote available properties and generate leads.
  • Leasing Process Management: Manage the entire leasing lifecycle, including responding to inquiries, conducting property tours (virtual and in-person), screening applicants, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring a smooth move-in process.
  • Occupancy and Revenue Goals: Drive tenant growth and retention to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets set in the annual operating plan.
  • Market Analysis & Research: Conduct market surveys, analyze competitor activity and market trends, and make recommendations for rental pricing strategies and property improvements.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, review, and execute all lease agreements and related documents in compliance with legal requirements and fair housing regulations.
  • Tenant Relations: Foster strong, positive relationships with existing tenants by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, tenant information, and property data using property management software

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leasing, sales, or property management within the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of leasing regulations, property laws, and fair housing standards.
  • Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, etc.), CRM tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
