The Sales Associate is responsible for promoting and selling health care products or services to clients, patients, medical professionals, and partner institutions. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring compliance with health care regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell health care products and services such as medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, diagnostic services, or health packages
  • Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and other health care partners
  • Identify new sales opportunities through market research, referrals, and client visits
  • Conduct product presentations and explain features, benefits, and proper usage
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts
  • Process sales orders and coordinate with operations or logistics for timely delivery
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales concerns professionally
  • Ensure compliance with health care laws, ethical standards, and company policies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the health care, pharmaceutical, or medical industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain technical or medical information clearly
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Willing to do fieldwork and client visits
