Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic PR & Communications Manager to oversee our public relations and communication initiatives. This role focuses on defining the brand's voice, executing impactful campaigns, fostering strong relationships with media and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and managing communication strategies in both growth opportunities and crisis situations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Development

· Lead, mentor, and motivate the PR & Communications team to deliver high-impact results.

· Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the team.

· Provide coaching, training, and career development opportunities to nurture talent.

· Set clear KPIs and performance standards aligned with organizational objectives.

Campaign & Product Launch Management

· Plan and execute integrated PR campaigns including PR events that amplify product launches and corporate initiatives.

· Drive creative storytelling across media channels to strengthen brand positioning

· Collaborate with creatives, digital, and brand teams for consistent messaging.

· Measure and analyze campaign performance to maximize reach and effectiveness.

Strategic KOL & Media Management

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with media, and influencers.

· Identify and engage relevant partners to amplify brand voice and visibility (ex. Partnerships).

· Ensure consistent and positive media coverage aligned with brand values.

· Manage press releases, media briefings, interviews, and speaking opportunities.

Crisis Communication & Issues Management

· Act as the first line of communication during crises, protecting and managing the brand's reputation.

· Develop proactive crisis communication strategies and response protocols especially during campaign and product launches.

· Ensure transparent, timely, and credible messaging during sensitive situations.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

· 3-5 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or media relations. Experience in Beauty Industry is a plus.

· Proven track record in leading teams, managing campaigns, and handling crisis situations.

· Strong media network and experience working with KOLs/influencers.

· Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.

· High integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information.

· Calm, resilient, and solutions-focused under pressure.

· Strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.

· Empathetic leader who values collaboration and team growth.
