Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Marketing Associate located in Makati at The Collective. The Creative Marketing Associate will be responsible for communication, graphics, creativity skills, graphic design, and branding tasks to enhance the brand's presence and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop and execute original content for various marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, platforms, printed materials, and co-founder socials.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with the creative marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns that align with the brand's objectives.
  • Graphic Design: Creative visually appealing videos and graphics for various marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, platforms, and print materials.
  • Market Research: Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using social media insights and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, Design, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Canva Pro
  • Knowledge in Camera (DSLR, Mirrorless) and Lighting operations
  • Knowledge in videography and video editing.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
  • Passion for self-care and skincare and familiarity with the beauty industry.

Work Location and Details:

  • Our office is located along Don Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City
  • Our typical work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; however, this may change depending on operational and seasonality requirements.
  • This is full-time ONSITE work. The successfully hired candidate shall be required to report onsite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php30,000.00 per month
