About the role

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the voice of our local insurance company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued policyholders. In this full-time, day shift position based in Bonifacio Global City Taguig City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for all our clients. With a 14th-month pay benefit, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding policies, claims, and account information
  3. Providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues efficiently
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products and services
  6. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  7. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's Degree Holder of any course
  2. At least 1 year of call center voice account experience (Local or International)
  3. Experience in handling Insurance/ HMO / Healthcare account is an advantage
  4. Good communication skills
  5. Must be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig for hybrid work set-up (4 days onsite during training then 2-3 days onsite after training)
  6. Must have at least 25 MBS internet plan
