Job purpose
Managing, organizing and controlling Customer care team, ensuring that all team members meet the Company's requirements for discipline, efficiency, internal procedures and quality requirements (daily communication audits with customers, training of agents, coaching, on-boarding, supporting on daily basis).
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure own and team goal achievement according to criteria set out in the company.
· Create and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports on team's performance to direct manager.
· Plan and organize work, working independently and in a team in order to accurately and creatively carry out work duties according to the company's core values;
· Quality control and audit on daily basis for designated team members
· Training material development and implementation.
· Prepare customer care process-related instructions and procedures.
· Assist Customer care manager, perform other tasks requested by direct manager.
Key Requirements
· College level or bachelor's degree
· Previous experience as a Senior Agent/Supervisor/Team lead with solid sales experience
· Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience is required
· Minimum of 2+ years of team leadership experience is required
· General proficiency with MS Office applications G-Forms and G-Sheets
· Good Organisational Skills, ability to multi-task and goal -oriented individual
· Knowledge of performance metrics
· Native in Filipino, advanced English knowledge
· Business level English proficiency is required for advanced English knowledge
· Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City (Onsite[ZK1] )
