What you will do as Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Ensures that the required numbers of candidate interviews are met by consistently scheduling potential channels
  • Designs and executes recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates through different sourcing channels
  • Schedules candidates and handles candidate relationship management by ensuring a seamless application process
  • Assists in the collection of pre-employment requirements
  • Maintain and update recruitment database
  • Track recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree holder of Psychology or Human Resource Management
  • Advantage if has 1 year experience in recruiting for sales related roles
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Advantage if from Insurance industry
