Job Description:

  • Manage and upload video content on our TikTok account, including adding yellow carts based on the posting schedule.
  • Write simple, trend-driven captions to increase audience engagement.
  • Monitor and actively engage with the comments section to foster a positive community.
  • Support the social media team with general administrative tasks.
  • Identify emerging trends and propose strategies to boost engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance.
  • Respond to comments and messages promptly, maintaining strong communication with followers.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing and growing social media platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in managing TikTok accounts.
  • Creative, proactive, and up to date with the latest social media trends.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog (both verbal and written).
  • Background or basic knowledge of the Skincare and Beauty Industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Sharp eye for content quality and aesthetics.
  • Willing to work fully on-site in Makati.
