Business Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business development in the Philippines market, seeking and developing customers with express delivery or e-commerce logistics needs (mainly B2C)
- Deeply understand customer needs and provide customized express logistics solutions
- Maintain existing Customer relationships, conduct regular visits/communications, and enhance customer satisfaction and cooperation stickiness.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, customer service, and finance to ensure smooth service processes.
- Track sales targets and performance indicators, and complete sales reports on time.
- Participate in market development projects such as marketing activities, exhibitions, and e-commerce platform collaborations.
- Collect and analyze market and competing product information, and propose sales strategy recommendations
Qualifications
- Junior college degree or above, with majors in logistics, or other related fields preferred.
- More than 2 - 3 years of work experience in express delivery, logistics, e-commerce, B2B sales or related fields is preferred.
- Familiar with the local market in the Philippines
- Having local customer resources in the Philippines (e-commerce, warehousing, distribution, overseas warehouses, etc.) will be given priority consideration.
- Outgoing, with strong stress resistance and excellent market development capabilities.
- Proficient in using work software, with data analysis and reporting capabilities

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
