What is the job?

The Business Analyst is responsible in integrating and analyzing data from multiple marketing and CRM platforms to generate actionable insights.

Responsibilities:


• Aggregate, clean, and synthesize marketing/CRM data for accuracy

• Collaborate with analytics teams to unify campaign and sales performance

• Design and enforce UTM tracking and standardized campaign frameworks

• Create and maintain dashboards and client-ready reports (Tableau)

• Analyze metrics to identify optimization opportunities and provide insights

• Partner with teams to align analytics with business goals and maintain data integrity

Qualifications:


• Minimum of six (6) years in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or campaign reporting.

• Proficient in Tableau, Excel, and marketing platforms (GA4, Hubspot, Salesforce, Cvent, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Brightcove)

• Builds dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting tools

• Analyzes data to identify trends and provide actionable insights

• Experienced in B2B marketing analytics (FinTech, SaaS, enterprise)

• Works with web tracking, tag management, and marketing automation
