About the role:
Responsible for managing and optimizing agency advertising channels, overseeing multi-million USD budgets, ensuring performance and KPIs are met, and expanding high-quality advertising resources—particularly established DSP and affiliate marketing partnerships.
Industry Background: Overseas internet gaming / real-money gaming (iGaming)
Role and Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with third-party advertising agencies, develop performance and incentive strategies, and ensure both volume and quality targets are achieved.
Monitor agency campaign data, analyze and optimize based on CPA, ROAS, and ROI metrics to improve conversion rates.
Build and maintain data tracking and attribution systems for agency campaigns, utilizing tools like Adjust/AppsFlyer, Firebase, GA4, and GTM for event tracking, postback configuration, and deep linking to ensure data integrity.
Monitor traffic quality and implement anti-fraud measures, leveraging DSP/programmatic/affiliate data to optimize campaign strategies.
Negotiate agency partnership terms and fee structures to maximize budget efficiency and output.
Ensure all advertising activities comply with PAGCOR and local advertising regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Statistics, Data Analysis, or related fields.
3+ years of agency advertising management experience, with a background in iGaming or other high-budget industries.
Must possess and be able to quickly leverage established resources in DSP, affiliate marketing, and audience targeting platforms (especially those supporting iGaming campaigns), with familiarity of the advertising agency landscape in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
Proficiency in attribution and data analysis tools such as Adjust/AppsFlyer, Firebase, GA4, and GTM.
Strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international partners and internal teams.
Familiarity with Southeast Asian traffic structures, anti-fraud mechanisms, and localized creative strategies.
