Company Overview

We're a fast-growing digital marketing agency that handles both our in-house brands and amazing client accounts in real estate, e-commerce, franchising, and high-ticket products. Basically, we turn ad budgets into real sales.

We're on the lookout for a Media Buyer / Advertiser who knows how to make ads work hard. If you love testing creatives, scaling campaigns, and geeking out on data (while sipping coffee at 2 AM because #CoffeeisLife, this role might be perfect for you.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid ads across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Handle multiple client ad accounts, budgets, and campaigns simultaneously
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine targeting strategies
  • Build and manage sales funnels for lead generation and e-commerce conversions
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and provide clear reports with insights and action steps
  • Test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies for the best ROAS
  • Work closely with the creative team for ad visuals, videos, and copywriting
  • Stay updated on the latest paid media trends, policies, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in media buying / digital advertising (agency background preferred)
  • Proven track record of managing ad budgets and delivering positive ROI
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Ads
  • Basic funnel building knowledge (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar) is a plus but not required
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • We love working with someone who has a keen eye for details and is "OC" in their work — basically, a perfectionist personality when it comes to ads
  • Must have a personal laptop/PC and stable internet connection
  • Must not have any active clients – this is a dedicated full-time role
  • Preferably based in Metro Manila

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time (no side clients allowed)
  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM or 1 PM – 10 PM (8-hour shift with 1 hr break included)
  • Location: Permanent Work From Home (Metro Manila preferred)
  • Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay, performance incentives
