About the Role We’re looking for a Lead Generation & Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in staffing or placement agencies to join our growing team. This is a dual-role ideal for someone who can generate new business leads, manage client accounts, and source top-tier talent across various industries. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to companies, pitching recruitment services, and filling roles with quality candidates. If you thrive in both sales and recruitment and love the fast-paced world of agency work, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Sales Outreach & Lead Generation Identify and contact new business prospects (HR, Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers) Use LinkedIn, email, phone, and CRM tools to set meetings and pitch services Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads Convert leads into active clients Client Management & Account Executive Duties Manage client relationships and hiring needs end-to-end Act as the point of contact for job orders, updates, and feedback Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists and coordinate interviews Build long-term partnerships with clients Recruitment & Talent Sourcing Write and post job ads on relevant platforms Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and internal tools Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients Support the offer and placement process Requirements 2+ years of experience in a staffing or placement agency or recruitment firm Strong experience in lead generation and business development Proven ability to manage client accounts and fill roles effectively Comfortable with cold outreach, lead follow-ups, and closing deals Familiar with CRMs, ATS tools, and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed) Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Bonus if You Have A niche industry focus (e.g., Tech, Finance, Healthcare) Experience with outreach tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Lemlist An existing book of business or client/candidate network Prior experience in full-desk recruiting Experience using job search platforms like Michael Page, Indeed, Glassdoor, Monster, and Reed.co.uk #J-18808-Ljbffr
