We, at Suge Enterprises, are looking for an IT [BPO INDUSTRY], willing to work onsite - 7th flr ADG IT Center, Lopez Jaena Street, Subangdaku, Mandaue City Office.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Information Technology (BPO Industry) is to install and maintain computer systems, networks, and dialers (which the agents are using or the client requests to have). Given a specific situation, they can go the extra mile in assisting employees (in the company) with their equipment/tools and offer expert advice.

DUTIES:

  • Maintain the infrastructure and functionality of the system in the company.
  • Assist in backup and recovery of assets in the company (digital or hardware)
  • Repair Hardware
  • Configure / Troubleshoot Dialers

ROLES:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot systems in the company
  • Create backup (copies) data of the company

RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Responsible for working on the internal software and hardware of the computers in the company.
  • Perform software updates
  • Configure /Troubleshoot Dialers
  • Meet with our clients to prepare/discuss/implement a new program (specifications and functions)

REQUIREMENTS: (required)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
  • Proven experience working in IT support or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
  • At least 2 years of IT experience
  • proficiency in Vici Dial and Convoso
