
INMERS PLAY Store Manager

INMERS Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our interactive gaming operations including operating and maintaining gameplay facilities, staff management, customer service, and marketing. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skill, carry a positive and outgoing personality, be fun and creative, and work with the objective of creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Interaction with customers on our offers, game rules and ensure correct setup and readiness of game room for use.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with mall, government and operational T&Cs, regulations and policies.
- Identify and suggest areas for improvement.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of Game Hosts.
- Schedule staff shifting and record for payroll.
- Lead regular team meetings to communicate and discuss performance, updates, and operational improvements.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Manage and coordinate group bookings and special events.
- Ensure all customer's messages have been attended to promptly from all supported platforms.
Marketing and Sales:
Manage, review and regularly post relevant and interesting contents on website or social media accounts to grow online presence.
- Implement brand awareness strategies with local partnerships, social media influencers, mall marketing options or community events.
- Suggest, execute and promote marketing campaigns for different clientele needs, festive or season.
- Analyze sales and performance data to identify opportunities.
Financial Management:
Monitor, manage and report store budgets, expenses and sales.
- Consolidate and submit financial records to the accountant and upper management.
- Ensure accurate cash and transaction handling and recording.
Facility Maintenance:
Ensures daily opening and closing of store is in accordance with SOP and ensures cleanliness and upkeep of the facility.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Implement and oversee security measures required by the mall or government department.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, hospitality, or entertainment industry. (Preferred)
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Fun, enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
- Organized and forward-thinking approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Familiar with trending social messaging and social media platforms.
- Content creation using video/photos editing applications.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on the feet.
- Flexible work schedule (evenings, weekends, or holidays expected).
