Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and experienced Store Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our jewelry store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing a team, driving sales, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the store meets its goals and objectives. The Store Manager will work to promote the brand's image and build lasting customer relationships while ensuring the highest standards of performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Drive store sales and meet/exceed sales targets through customer-focused service.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store goals.
- Implement promotional strategies to increase foot traffic and sales conversions.
Customer Service:
- Ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience by providing personalized service and expert product knowledge.
- Resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, manage, and inspire a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide coaching and feedback to staff.
- Oversee employee training and development to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and merchandise presentation to ensure product availability and store organization.
- Work with suppliers and the central team to replenish stock and manage product orders.
- Conduct regular stock takes and ensure inventory accuracy.
Visual Merchandising:
- Ensure that the store's visual presentation and merchandising reflect the brand's image and standards.
- Maintain attractive displays, highlighting key products and promotions to drive sales.
- Monitor product placement and store layout for an optimal customer experience.
Financial Management:
- Manage daily cash flow and process transactions accurately.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including sales and inventory reports, to ensure store profitability.
- Control operational costs and manage store expenses within budgetary guidelines.
Brand Promotion:
- Represent the jewelry brand with professionalism, upholding its values and reputation.
- Promote the brand's social media presence, events, and promotional offers to engage with customers.
- Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends and industry developments to educate customers and enhance the brand image.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
- Maintain a safe and secure store environment for customers and employees.
- Ensure the proper handling and security of high-value jewelry products.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within retail, preferably in the luxury or jewelry sector.
- Strong sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to meet targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of jewelry products, trends, and market dynamics.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic financial software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
