The Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Commercial Analyst to join our team in the Philippines. Reporting to the Commercial Director, this key role will be instrumental in supporting the commercial strategy and business development initiatives in the region, expanding COP's presence in the Philippines and surrounding markets.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Support the development and execution of commercial strategies to grow COP's offshore wind portfolio in the Philippines.
• Support potential projects through financial modeling and all relevant business case analysis.
• Contribute to budget and cost management and assist in project financing activities for potential projects in the Philippines.
• Provide support to secure offtake agreements and other routes to market and contribute to the identification of new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
• Help build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks and other financial institutions, government officials, partners, and clients.

Your Experience

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, transaction services, M&A or banking, ideally with exposure to renewable energy projects.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and create clear, compelling presentation materials that support strategic analysis for the commercial team.
• Strong skills in negotiation and relationship-building.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and Filipino; knowledge of other local languages is a plus.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
