About the Role:

Join our HR Strategy & Transformation team of HR professionals who help global clients maximize the value of their HR and talent investments. Our projects cover digital HR, HR operating models, talent management, strategic workforce planning, process excellence, and HR analytics.

We are hiring for multiple levels: Analyst/Consultant and Manager/Senior Manager, depending on experience and expertise.

Analyst / Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Support solutioning and design of HR transformation projects for global clients.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Assist in developing client base, business development, and research initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of consulting experience, preferably in HR transformation.
  • Understanding of HR domains across the value chain, including Cloud/Digital HR, HR processes, HR diagnostics/analytics, HR technology, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Knowledge of HRIT/ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday) is desirable.
  • Experience working with international clients is a plus.

Manager / Senior Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR transformation and talent management engagements, ensuring project quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • Drive growth of the practice through strategy, team development, and business development initiatives.
  • Manage engagement risk, project economics, staffing, and cross-country delivery.
  • Mentor and coach team members, contribute to asset and methodology development, and support industry thought leadership.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of consulting experience with significant experience in HR transformation and talent management projects.
  • Deep expertise in at least one area: Cloud/Digital HR, HR processes, HR diagnostics/analytics, HR technology, workforce planning, or talent management.
  • Experience in HRIT/ERP systems and outsourcing HR processes is preferred.
  • Open to cross-country relocation and international client engagement.
