Location: Makati City (with field work across Metro Manila)

Employment Type: Full-time, 3-Month Probationary Contract (convertible to regular)

is a Korean-inspired specialty coffee brand based in Makati, known for premium beans and edgy branding. We cater to discerning customers and are now expanding our B2B wholesale business—targeting high-end hotels, restaurants, bakeries, and lifestyle spaces that match our luxury positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and build a pipeline of premium F&B establishments that can carry high-value specialty coffee (luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, upscale bakeries, lifestyle concept cafés without in-house roasting).
  • Contact decision makers (owners, F&B managers, purchasing teams) via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Arrange meetings, deliver bean samples, and present brand brochures/recipe cards(collaborating with Marketing team)
  • Conduct coffee demos and explain the premium value of beans.
  • Keep records of leads, meetings, and contracts in a sales tracker/CRM.
  • Meet monthly KPIs: minimum number of qualified leads, meetings, and follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Background in sales, hospitality, or specialty coffee is a must.
  • Confident, persuasive, and comfortable engaging with high-level clients.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in the field.
  • Passion for coffee, luxury brands, and F&B industry

**THERE IS A Prescreen Task prior to interview.

Compensation Package

  • Probationary Period (3 months):
  • Basic Salary: ₱15,000/month
  • Commission: ₱3,000–₱5,000 per closed contract OR 3–5% of wholesale sales value
  • Transportation: ₱3,000 allowance
  • After 3 Months:
  • Performance-based evaluation (number of contracts closed & KPIs met)
  • Successful candidates → Regular employment with higher base (₱20,000–₱25,000) + continued higher commission scheme
