Overview:

We are seeking a Slack expert to help us optimize our workspace, organize our channels, and provide actionable recommendations on how to maximize Slack's full potential. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Slack's features, best practices, and integrations with third-party apps. This role will focus on improving team communication, streamlining workflows, and ensuring Slack is being used as effectively as possible across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and audit our current Slack workspace setup, including channels, user roles, and workflows.
  • Recommend and implement improvements for channel organization, naming conventions, and communication guidelines.
  • Provide training or documentation on Slack best practices for our team.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate relevant third-party apps and tools into Slack (e.g., project management, CRM, file sharing, or automation tools).
  • Demonstrate advanced Slack features such as workflows, huddles, canvas, and automation to increase productivity.
  • Offer ongoing recommendations for optimizing Slack as our communication hub.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise with Slack, including advanced features, integrations, and admin-level settings.
  • Experience in organizing and optimizing Slack workspaces for teams or organizations.
  • Strong understanding of collaboration workflows and productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for training and knowledge-sharing.
  • Ability to recommend practical, scalable solutions that improve efficiency.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior work as a Slack administrator, consultant, or productivity specialist.
  • Familiarity with Slack-certified programs or Slack partner ecosystem (a plus).
  • Hands-on experience integrating the Slack API with Google Workspace, and similar tools.

Type of Engagement:

  • Short-term project with potential for ongoing consulting or training sessions.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 5 days

Pay: Php Php868.61 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 12 per week
