Graphic Designer Support – Virtual Professional (VP)

Function: Marketing/Production

Location: Remote (Philippines, Latin America, or India)

Rate: $8–10/hr

What You'll Own

We're looking for a part-time design professional to support high-volume creative needs. You'll help maintain brand consistency, handle overflow design requests, and keep turnaround times tight. This role ensures our core design pipeline stays efficient and scalable.

A. Primary Functions

  • Produce digital/social/print assets across multiple brands.
  • Support feedback loops and apply revisions quickly.
  • Maintain brand identity in all design outputs.
  • Provide visibility on task progress via Slack/Asana.

B. Systems Ownership

  • Canva / Adobe Suite
  • Asana (Task tracking)
  • Slack

C. Measurable Deliverables

  • 95%+ of projects completed on time each month.
  • 24–48 hr average turnaround for revisions.
  • Quarterly engagement improvements tied to design assets.

D. Support Task Delegation

  • Overflow requests and templated asset production.
  • Routine design edits and resizing.
