About the role

The Project Engineer, Electrical is a pivotal role responsible for the design, planning, and execution of electrical systems for Agri Exim's projects. This position involves managing engineering and construction activities, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards. The engineer will coordinate with clients and vendors, supervise implementation, and drive system efficiency and reliability from conception to completion.

What you'll be doing

  • Design & Engineering: Create and develop detailed electrical designs and plans using CAD and ETAP software.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, schedules, and budgets to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all electrical work and systems adhere to established technical specifications, codes, and safety standards.
  • Coordination & Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and coordination.
  • Supervision & Implementation: Oversee the on-site implementation of electrical systems, providing guidance and technical direction.
  • Site Inspection & Support: Conduct regular site inspections, perform troubleshooting, and provide hands-on technical support to resolve issues.
  • Technical Analysis: Read and interpret technical drawings, conduct research, and apply electrical theory to solve complex problems.
  • System Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and performance of electrical systems.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related engineering role.
  • Proficient in CAD and ETAP software for design and analysis.
  • Strong project management skills, with proven experience in planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, conduct research, and apply electrical theory.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills for effective liaison with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to conduct site inspections and provide hands-on technical support.
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.

An Advantage:
