The first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a positive initial impression and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Key duties include greeting guests, managing reservations, assisting with inquiries, and handling various administrative tasks. They also play a role in coordinating with other restaurant staff to facilitate smooth service flow.

Guest Reception and Service:

  • Greeting guests: Welcoming guests warmly and creating a friendly atmosphere.
  • Managing reservations: Taking reservations via phone or online, updating reservation systems, and allocating tables.
  • Assisting with inquiries: Answering questions about menu items, specials, directions, or other restaurant information.
  • Guiding guests: Escorting guests to their tables and ensuring they are comfortable.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Answering phone calls: Attending to inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate staff member.
  • Taking messages: Recording messages for staff and relaying them promptly.
  • Managing guest feedback: Collecting and addressing guest feedback to improve the dining experience.
  • Cash handling and billing: Processing payments accurately and ensuring receipts are issued.

Coordinating with other staff:

  • Communicating with kitchen and serving staff: Informing them of reservations, special requests, or any changes to orders.
  • Working with management: Providing information and coordinating tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Skills and Qualities:

  • Excellent communication skills: Both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and staff.
  • Strong organizational skills: To manage reservations, handle multiple tasks, and maintain a tidy reception area.
  • Problem-solving skills: To address guest inquiries and handle unexpected situations.
  • Customer service skills: To provide a positive and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Patience and ability to handle stress: To deal with a variety of guests and situations in a calm and professional manner.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  1. With pleasing personality

  2. At least 5'3 to 5'8 in height and up

  3. Can speak or understand English
  4. High School Graduate are welcome to apply
  5. Familiar in sequence of dining, active and energetic
  6. Willing to work in City of Dreams, Parañaque City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
