Role Overview: Sales Executive

The primary function of a Sales Executive is to generate revenue by acquiring new customers and increasing the market share and profitability of their portfolio through relationship management with Bank and Non-Bank Partners. Responsibilities include:

  1. Interaction and management of merchant relationships
  2. Cultivating existing relationships
  3. Overseeing and monitoring assigned merchant accounts
  4. Actively monitoring services and developing merchant relationships
  5. Maximizing new business and cross-selling opportunities
  6. Engaging referral partners such as banks, e-commerce integrators, and other partners
