About the Role We’re seeking experienced Customer Experience Lab Technicians specializing in anterior crown & bridge to join our fully digital lab. You’ll collaborate directly with clinicians on critical tasks such as patient scanning, case preparation, and design modifications , providing real-time technical support to ensure exceptional outcomes and a seamless experience for doctors. Key Responsibilities Collaborate on Treatment Plans: Partner with doctors to review and refine case designs, offering expert guidance on complex cases. Provide Live Clinical Support: Troubleshoot, clarify workflows, and communicate via chat, phone, or video to deliver empathetic, efficient support. Facilitate Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a liaison between doctors and lab teams, translating clinical feedback into production‑ready outcomes. Qualifications 5+ years as a Dental Technician 3+ years of CAD/CAM experience (minimum 1 year with 3Shape ) in complex, high‑aesthetic anterior crown & bridge cases Strong understanding of digital dental workflows for anterior C&B Technologically adept with the ability to quickly learn new dental design platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical feedback into actionable guidance Comfortable supporting clinicians live via chat, phone, or video calls Strong independent problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously Previous customer‑facing lab experience preferred Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, fully digital lab environment while meeting tight deadlines with exceptional quality standards Why Join Us Work in a fast‑growing, fully digital dental lab Collaborate directly with clinicians on high‑impact cases Be part of a dynamic, supportive team that values expertise, innovation, and professional growth Gain hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge CAD/CAM technology
