Job Summary:

The Logistics Checker is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all items prepared by the Warehouse Department for dispatch. This role involves counter-checking stocks against delivery documents to prevent discrepancies, damages, and shortages before items are released for shipment. The Logistics Checker may also assist the Logistics Supervisor in other delivery-related tasks when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counter-check prepared stocks against delivery documents (e.g., Delivery Receipts, Pick Lists, Packing Lists).
  • Verify correct quantity, description, batch/lot numbers, and item condition prior to dispatch.
  • Ensure all stocks are properly packed, labeled, and ready for loading.
  • Report any discrepancies, shortages, or damages to the Warehouse Supervisor and/or Logistics Coordinator
  • Monitor and document all checked items to maintain accurate dispatch records.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse Staff, Drivers, and Dispatch Personnel to ensure smooth delivery operations.
  • Follow company policies and standard operating procedures related to inventory handling and dispatch.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the checking and dispatch area.
  • Assist the Logistics Supervisor with delivery operations or related logistics tasks when required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory checking is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge is a plus.
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
