Onsite Checker

We are in need of Onsite Checker to be assigned in SM North Edsa Quezon City

Job Summary:

The Onsite Checker is responsible for verifying, monitoring, and recording all inbound and outbound materials, goods, or deliveries at the site. The role ensures accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with company standards to maintain smooth operations and prevent discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

Check and verify all incoming and outgoing materials, items, or parcels based on delivery receipts, waybills, or job orders.

Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure proper handling and accurate quantity.

Record daily transactions, including deliveries, returns, and discrepancies.

Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.

Ensure that all materials are properly labeled, stored, and accounted for at the site.

Coordinate with warehouse staff, riders, or contractors regarding missing, excess, or damaged items.

Prepare daily or weekly reports on site activities and inventory movements.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the checking area.

Support audit and inspection activities when required.

Qualifications:

College Graduate/ college level (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or related field).

At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or construction checking is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, inventory systems).

Physically fit and willing to work onsite or field-based.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day

Work Location: In person
