Project-Based Liaison Officer

Cebu, Philippines | Independent Contractor (Short-Term / Project-Based)

Department: HR & Compliance | Coordination with Finance

About the Role

The Project-Based Liaison Officer will oversee and complete all pending business renewals, government submissions, and compliance documentation for BAI Finance. This short-term engagement ensures timely processing, regulatory compliance, and smooth operational continuity during Q4 2025.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage business permit renewals, registrations, and filings with LGU, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, SEC, and DTI.
  • Facilitate submission, follow-ups, and retrieval of approved permits and certifications.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and company signatories for required documents and authorizations.
  • Handle payments and official receipts for government fees in coordination with Finance.
  • Maintain tracking logs, renewal schedules, and compliance records.
  • Submit regular status reports summarizing progress and pending tasks.
  • Securely turn over all approved permits, receipts, and compliance files.
  • Conduct fieldwork and represent BAI Finance in government inquiries or follow-ups

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a liaison, administrative assistant, or government coordinator.
  • Familiar with Philippine business regulatory processes (LGU, BIR, SEC, DOLE, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with agency personnel.
  • Willing to travel within Cebu City and nearby areas.
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace for reporting.
  • Preferably with own motorcycle or reliable transportation

Deliverables

  • Completed renewals and registrations with proof of filing and receipts.
  • Official copies of permits and certifications submitted to HR and Finance.
  • Updated compliance summary report with renewal schedules.
  • Final completion report approved by HR and Finance

Project Duration

  • 1.5 to 2 months, depending on processing timelines and volume of renewals (with possible extension if needed).

Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid / Field-Based setup — includes field coordination and submissions during agency hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with remote documentation and progress reporting.
