About the role
As an MRP Assistant at GJH SERCONS, INC., you will play a crucial role in supporting the Materials Resource Planning (MRP) process within our well-established manufacturing and logistics company. This full-time position is based in our Silang, Cavite location, where you will collaborate closely with the MRP team to ensure efficient inventory management and production planning.
What you'll be doing
- Gather and analyse data to generate MRP reports and forecasts
- Monitor and update inventory levels, ensuring accurate inventory records
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of production schedules
- Liaise with procurement, production, and logistics teams to coordinate material flow
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in the MRP system
- Provide administrative support to the MRP team as needed
What we're looking for
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using MRP software and/or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and inventory management principles
- Experience in a similar MRP or logistics support role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
