Key Responsibilities

·       Receive, inspect, and verify construction materials such as cement, steel, pipes, tools, and equipment

·       Organize and store materials properly according to safety and company standards

·       Prepare, issue, and dispatch materials for construction sites based on requisitions

·       Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, damages, or missing items

·       Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in regular stock audits

·       Monitor daily attendance of warehouse workers and site personnel as assigned

·       Prepare attendance reports and submit them to the project engineer or HR department

·       Ensure proper handling of heavy and hazardous construction materials

·       Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations

·       Assist in loading and unloading deliveries from suppliers

·       Follow workplace safety rules and use protective equipment at all times

Updated Qualifications (With 2 Years Experience)

·       High school graduate or equivalent

·       At least 2 years of experience as a warehouse staff, preferably in construction

·       Physically fit and able to lift heavy construction materials

·       Willing to work extended hours, including weekends if required

·       Knowledge of construction tools, materials, inventory systems, and attendance recording

·       Basic computer skills for reporting is an advantage
