Position Title : PROJECT MANAGER

Reports to : OPERATIONS MANAGER / GENERAL MANAGER

Qualifications:

  1. Licensed Civil Engineer.

  2. With minimum 10 years' similar work experience - horizontal construction, including earthworks, sewage treatment facilities, flood control structures, roadworks, and similar civil engineering works.

  3. Proven ability to lead teams, manage timelines and schedules, and oversee project budgets.

  4. Solid experience in coordinating design, procurement, construction activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and standards.

  5. Relevant construction and project management certifications (preferred but not required).

  6. Strong understanding of applicable building codes, laws, and regulations affecting project execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Regular site visit. Monitors the performance and output of engineers, project personnel, and subcon;
  • Recommends/suggests changes in guidelines, work instructions, and policies;
  • Prepares Materials, Manpower & Equipment projections.
  • Prepares detailed estimates, bid proposals and quotation;
  • Prepares and monitors Project Schedules, Project Management Plans, Construction Method, Project Monitoring Tools;
  • Ensures that project/s is/are completed ahead of schedule;
  • Monitors, updates, and reports site/projects daily;
  • Ensures compliance to ALL standards of work and job requirements, both safety and technical;
  • Ensures full compliance to all documentation and reportorial requirements of the Client/s, the LGU and the Operations Manager/ General Manager;
  • Prepares project analysis and reports related to assigned duties and responsibilities;
  • Monitors project close-out activities such as testing, commissioning and rectifications works;
  • Ensure implementation, evaluation and improvement of QMS related to your function is being regularly monitored;
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be instructed or assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
