Role Description

The Senior Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet both client requirements and regulatory standards. This includes managing project submittals, leading project teams, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring adherence to design and sustainability standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pasig.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Architecture, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design and project management capabilities
  • Experience in managing project submittals and documentation
  • Knowledge and application of LEED, EDGE, WELL, BERDE principles is an advantage
  • Strong project & client management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Relevant architectural licensure and certifications
